My sister-in-law and mother-in-law were afflicted with Alzheimer’s as was the entire family of care givers. I am walking the Camino a second time in September/October, 2017. In 2015, I walked the Camino de Santiago via the Camino Frances the first time, arriving in Santiago de Compostela, Spain on Jun 18, 2015 and returned home on June 21, 2015, the Longest Day. I hope to raise awareness and funds for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association. Keep me in your prayers. You will be in mine.
